Do you service vehicles in the cold?
Yes, I service vehicles as long as the temperature remains above 32°F. If the temperature drops below freezing, we can reschedule for a warmer time to ensure optimal results and safety.

What areas do you service?
We serve Lynchburg, VA, and surrounding areas. We charge an extra $2/mile for any area beyond 30 miles from Liberty University.

Do I need to provide water or electricity for the service?
Electricity is not required, but we do need access to the customer’s water source in order to perform service.

Do you service vehicles in the rain?
Yes, we service vehicles in the rain because our service unit is equipped with a canopy. If it is raining, be sure to leave at least three feet of space between the vehicle and any objects, as we may need the extra space to setup the canopy.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to accommodate other clients.

Are you able to get all stains out?
We do our best to get as much of the stain out as possible, but we cannot promise that all stains will be removed with our equipment. If you have encountered a spill or recent stain, schedule with us ASAP as it is easier to remove a new stain rather than an old one.
